3B Future Health Fund is a private healthcare-focused venture investment organization rather than a drug-development operating biotech company. The fund invests in early-stage and clinical-stage healthcare companies, primarily in oncology and rare diseases, with a geographic focus on Europe, the United States, and, opportunistically, Israel. It was originally launched as the Helsinn Investment Fund and was rebranded in 2020 as 3B Future Health Fund. The organization is advised by 3B Future Health Ventures and is closely associated with Helsinn and the Braglia family. Its business model is to identify, finance, and support innovative private life sciences companies rather than to develop its own internal therapeutic pipeline.
