Overview

Procizumab, a first-in-class humanized monoclonal antibody targeting cDPP3, has demonstrated non-clinical efficacy and safety in three independent models. The company plans to initiate a Phase 1b/2a trial in cardiogenic shock patients with elevated cDPP3 in Q1 2025. This will establish dosing for subsequent pivotal Phase 2/3 proof-of-concept studies.
