A.L.I. Technologies

A.L.I. Technologies was a Canadian healthcare IT company focused on enterprise medical image management solutions for hospitals and clinics. The company specialized in picture archiving and communication systems (PACS), workflow automation, and the integration of medical images, reports, documents, and voice data into clinical workflows. Its products were used to streamline diagnostic imaging operations, reduce reliance on film, and improve access to patient imaging information. A.L.I. had an established commercial customer base in radiology and ultrasound before being acquired by McKesson in 2002. After the acquisition, its imaging products were incorporated into McKesson's medical imaging business and associated Horizon product suite.
