Company intelligence / Profile preview
Ability Dynamics is a U.S. medical device company focused on prosthetic foot systems for amputees, best known for the RUSH Foot product family. The company developed lower-limb prosthetic devices using a proprietary non-carbon-fiber glass composite material called Flexeon, designed to provide greater flexibility, durability, and smoother gait dynamics than conventional carbon-fiber feet. Its products were commercialized for active amputee patients across multiple activity levels and use settings, including everyday mobility, sports, water use, and partial-foot amputation. Ability Dynamics was acquired by Proteor in June 2018, and the RUSH Foot portfolio continues to be marketed within Proteor's prosthetics business.
