Abir Therapeutics

Abir Therapeutics was an Israeli private company established as a wholly owned subsidiary of Knight Therapeutics to support specialty pharmaceutical activities in Israel. Public disclosures indicate Abir was intended to help launch innovative pharmaceuticals in Israel, with selected support services expected from Medison Pharma. The company appears to have functioned more as a regional holding/commercialization vehicle than as a drug discovery biotech with its own disclosed R&D pipeline. Israeli registry data indicates the company entered voluntary liquidation and was subsequently liquidated, so it does not appear to be an active operating company today.
