Overview
Accent Therapeutics has two clinical-stage programs: ATX-559 (DHX9 inhibitor) and ATX-295 (KIF18A inhibitor). The first patient was dosed in the Phase 1/2 trial for ATX-295 in April 2025, and both lead assets have received FDA Fast Track designation. ATX-559 is being evaluated in patients with BRCA1/2-deficient breast cancer and MSI-H/dMMR solid tumors, while ATX-295 is being tested in patients with advanced solid tumors including ovarian cancer.
