Access to Advanced Health Initiative

The Access to Advanced Health Initiative (AAHI) is a Seattle-based non-profit biotech research institute dedicated to developing affordable and accessible immune therapies and vaccines for global health. Formerly known as the Infectious Disease Research Institute (IDRI), AAHI specializes in three core technology pillars: adjuvant formulations, RNA delivery platforms, and complex protein antigens. The organization focuses on high-burden diseases such as tuberculosis, malaria, and COVID-19, as well as oncology applications. By leveraging its proprietary LION™ RNA delivery system and a suite of Toll-like receptor (TLR) agonists, AAHI aims to bridge the gap between basic research and clinical application for underserved populations worldwide.
