Accriva Diagnostics Holdings

Accriva Diagnostics was a commercial-stage in vitro diagnostics and medical device company focused on point-of-care blood testing for hospital and critical-care settings. The company emerged from the 2013 merger of International Technidyne Corporation and Accumetrics and built a portfolio spanning coagulation testing, platelet function analysis, CO-oximetry, and incision devices. Its best-known brands included Hemochron, VerifyNow, AVOXimeter, Tenderfoot, Tenderlett, and Surgicutt. Accriva distributed products to hospitals in more than 90 countries and maintained commercial and manufacturing operations in San Diego, California. In January 2017, Werfen and its subsidiary Instrumentation Laboratory acquired Accriva, after which the business became part of Instrumentation Laboratory.
