Company intelligence / Profile preview
AccuRead Endoscopy was a U.S.-based capsule endoscopy reading company that provided outsourced interpretation support and workflow services for physicians, clinics, and hospitals performing capsule endoscopy studies. The company offered a secure portal through which providers uploaded primary test data, after which AccuRead generated detailed data and video reports including procedural details, passage times, and key images. Its service also included secure off-site archiving of study videos, thumbnails, and reports for later physician review and diagnosis. AccuRead operated in the gastrointestinal diagnostics and healthcare IT services segment rather than as a therapeutics developer. In October 2012, the company was acquired by StatLink Systems and thereafter appears to have operated as part of StatLink rather than as an independent active company.
