Acertys Healthcare

Acertys Healthcare was a Belgium-based healthcare company focused on the distribution, integration, servicing, and support of medical devices, consumables, and clinical software for hospitals and healthcare professionals in the Benelux region. The company operated across selected medical specialties including operating room management, critical care, anesthesia, labor and delivery, cardiology, imaging, and related hospital IT integration. Rather than a drug-development biotech, Acertys functioned as a commercial medical technology solutions provider, combining third-party equipment portfolios with installation, maintenance, repair, training, and implementation services. Founded in 2007, it became part of Duomed Group in 2015 and its activities were later folded into Duomed Belgium effective June 1, 2022. As a result, Acertys Healthcare is best understood today as a former brand/legal entity within a broader medtech distribution and services organization rather than as an independent operating biotech or pharma company.
