Achievor Recovery

Achievor Recovery, which later operated as Rapid Recovery Health Services, was a healthcare company focused on non-invasive orthopedic pain management. The company specialized in Extracorporeal Shock Wave Therapy (ESWT), a technology used to treat chronic tendonopathies such as plantar fasciitis without surgery. Achievor Recovery established a mobile ESWT program that partnered with over 600 physicians in the New York tri-state area, providing specialized equipment and technicians for point-of-care treatment. Originally a waste management firm, the company pivoted to healthcare in 2005 following a strategic acquisition and name change. It was publicly traded on the OTC market under the symbol AHVR before being dissolved in 2008.
