Overview
Actelion became a global leader in pulmonary arterial hypertension with several approved therapies including Tracleer, Opsumit, Veletri, Ventavis, and Uptravi. The company also developed Zavesca for lysosomal storage disorders. Its clinical pipeline was spun out into Idorsia at the time of Johnson & Johnson’s acquisition in June 2017.
