Activator MAF

Activator MAF is a biotechnology company based in Novosibirsk, Russia, specializing in the development of next-generation macrophage-modulating therapies. The company's lead candidate, Immutalon (EF-M2), is an analytically defined, glyco-engineered derivative of the Vitamin D-binding protein (Gc protein) designed to selectively engage the CLEC10A receptor. This mechanism promotes the repolarization of macrophages toward an anti-inflammatory M2-like phenotype, offering a novel approach to treating chronic inflammatory diseases and cancer.
