Overview
AdaptVac’s lead candidate ABNCoV2, a COVID‑19 vaccine based on its cVLP platform, has demonstrated non-inferiority to the Comirnaty® mRNA vaccine in Phase III trials. The vaccine showed a strong safety profile with no serious adverse events among over four thousand participants. The company’s cVLP technology has also shown best-in-class durable antibody responses at twelve months in Phase II studies. The validated platform underpins additional programs targeting oncology and emerging infectious diseases such as Nipah virus.
