Company intelligence / Profile preview
Vertava Health, formerly known as Addiction Campuses, is a behavioral healthcare organization that specialized in the treatment of substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions. Founded in 2014 and headquartered in Brentwood, Tennessee, the company operated a network of residential treatment centers across the United States, including facilities in Texas, Ohio, and Massachusetts. Their clinical model integrated evidence-based practices such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with medication-assisted treatment (MAT). In 2020, the company rebranded to Vertava Health to emphasize a broader focus on mental wellness and expanded into virtual care services. However, following financial challenges, the company closed its physical treatment campuses in late 2023 and underwent a significant restructuring process. The organization was primarily backed by the private equity firm Summit Partners during its period of expansion.
