Company intelligence / Profile preview
Adiga Life Sciences has demonstrated in published clinical studies that its lead asset, Cat-PAD, a peptide-based immunotherapy for cat allergy, can reduce immune response and symptoms of allergic rhinitis. The therapy uses synthetic peptides derived from the major cat allergen Fel d 1 to induce immune tolerance. A recent pilot study showed significant improvement in nasal symptom scores and immune cell changes after four injections over three months. Previous studies indicated durable symptom reduction for up to two years with this regimen.
