ADNAB

ADNAB is a clinical-stage biotechnology company focused on developing a proprietary antibody-drug nanoparticle (ADNAB™) platform licensed from the Mayo Clinic. The platform utilizes a novel drug delivery system that non-covalently conjugates tumor-targeting monoclonal antibodies to nanoparticle albumin-bound drug products, such as nab-paclitaxel, to enhance targeted drug delivery and reduce systemic toxicity. Originally established as a subsidiary of Sorrento Therapeutics in 2021, the company's assets were acquired by Vivasor, Inc. in April 2024 following Sorrento's Chapter 11 bankruptcy. Its lead clinical programs include AR160 (rituximab-ADNAB) for the treatment of relapsed or refractory B-cell lymphomas and MC1371 for various solid tumors.
