Advanced Biomedical Research (ABR) was a full-service clinical contract research organization (CRO) that provided comprehensive Phase I-IV clinical development services to the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device industries. Founded in 1994, the company specialized in clinical study design, regulatory consulting, project management, and pharmacokinetic/pharmacodynamic (PK/PD) analysis. ABR operated a state-of-the-art 72-bed clinical research center in New Jersey and managed over 400 clinical trials globally across various therapeutic areas. In 2008, the company was acquired by Frontage Laboratories, which integrated ABR's expertise to expand its clinical research footprint and service offerings in North America and Asia.
