In 2016, APS expanded its talent management capabilities by acquiring Prophecy Healthcare, adding nurse pre-hire assessments to its portfolio. The company was acquired by Relias Learning in April 2017 to integrate its clinical assessment and education tools into Relias' broader healthcare workforce enablement platform.
