Established in 2000 as a joint venture between St. Vincent Health and Franciscan Alliance, the company provided a range of managed care products including Medicare Advantage, commercial group plans, and administrative services. At its peak, it served as a significant regional payer within the Indiana healthcare market. Following significant financial losses and shifts in the regulatory environment, the company announced its exit from the insurance market in late 2015. It officially ceased operations in 2016, transitioning its members to other insurance providers.
