Advaxis has demonstrated promising anti-tumor activity in multiple clinical trials using its proprietary Lm Technology™, including meaningful tumor shrinkage in desmoid tumors with AL102 and immune responses in prostate and lung cancers. The company’s pipeline includes both off-the-shelf and personalized immunotherapies targeting a range of solid tumors.[2][3] Interim data from the RINGSIDE study showed deepening responses over time for AL102 monotherapy.[2] Historical studies with ADXS-HER2, ADXS-HOT, ADXS-COVID19 also exist but are not current lead programs.

Note that as of late October 2022, Advaxis entered into a merger agreement with Ayala Pharmaceuticals; the combined company focuses on Ayala’s AL102 program as well as Advaxis’s legacy assets such as ADXS‑504.[2]
