The firm works with founders, executives, investors, fund managers and governments on strategy, capital formation, partnerships, expansion, M&A, IPO preparation and other growth initiatives, with activity spanning healthcare, technology and related sectors. Its principals emphasize a long history of helping create, capitalize and advise private equity programs and companies, including in life sciences. While Aentib has healthcare and biotech exposure through its leadership and portfolio-related activities, it does not appear to operate a proprietary therapeutic pipeline of its own.
