Aesthetic Tissue Welding (ATW) was a specialized subsidiary of CSMG Technologies, Inc., established in 2008 to focus on the application of laser-mediated tissue welding in cosmetic and plastic surgery. The company utilized a proprietary technology developed by Dr. Yasmin Wadia, which employs a laser-biologic combination—specifically a human serum albumin-based solder—to fuse tissues instantly without sutures or staples. This "point, aim, and fuse" method was designed to reduce surgical time, minimize scarring, and improve healing for elective procedures such as skin grafts and incisions. ATW operated under CSMG's Live Tissue Connect division alongside other procedure-specific units, but the parent company has since become inactive, with the core technology continuing under Laser Tissue Welding, Inc.
