Affinity Health System

Affinity Health System is a regional healthcare provider network based in the Fox Cities region of Wisconsin. Founded in 1995 through the merger of St. Elizabeth Hospital and Mercy Medical Center, the system offers a wide array of medical services including primary care, specialty clinics, and acute hospital care. In 2012, Ministry Health Care acquired full ownership of the system, which was subsequently integrated into Ascension, one of the largest non-profit health systems in the United States. Today, its facilities operate under the Ascension brand, continuing to serve the healthcare needs of the Northeast Wisconsin community. The system is recognized for its comprehensive care delivery model and its historical roots in Catholic healthcare traditions.
