AGE-WELL

AGE-WELL is Canada's technology and aging network, a federally funded Network of Centres of Excellence (NCE) dedicated to developing technologies and services for healthy aging. Since its launch in 2015, the network has mobilized a vast community of researchers, older adults, caregivers, and industry partners to accelerate the delivery of AgeTech solutions. AGE-WELL supports a diverse portfolio of research projects and over 60 startups, focusing on areas such as cognitive health, mobility, and independent living. The organization operates as a catalyst for the Canadian AgeTech sector, providing funding, mentorship, and a collaborative ecosystem to bring innovative products to market. Its mission is to improve the quality of life for older adults and caregivers while driving social and economic benefits for Canada.
