Overview
Agennix was a publicly traded German-American biopharmaceutical company focused on developing novel therapies for oncology and critical care. Its lead program was oral talactoferrin, a first-in-class dendritic cell-mediated immunotherapy that reached Phase III trials in non-small cell lung cancer but failed to meet endpoints. Other programs included multi-targeted kinase inhibitors and topical biologics. The company ceased operations following multiple late-stage clinical trial failures by mid–2013.
