Agilum Healthcare Intelligence is a healthcare analytics and software company focused on business intelligence, pharmacy analytics, and real-world evidence solutions for hospitals, health systems, payers, life sciences companies, and pharmacies. The company began as a provider of SaaS-based business intelligence tools for small to mid-sized hospitals and later expanded into medication utilization analytics, population health, and financial transparency products. Its offerings have included the Comparative Rapid Cycle Analytics platform and POP-BUILDER Rx, which use real-world patient and utilization data to support formulary, operational, and treatment-related decision-making. Agilum was acquired by Sentry Data Systems in 2016 and was later incorporated into The Craneware Group following Craneware's July 2021 acquisition of Sentry and Agilum-related operations.
