Agora Open Science Trust is a Canadian non-profit organization dedicated to accelerating the discovery and development of affordable new medicines through an open science model. By eliminating patent barriers and sharing research data in real-time, Agora aims to address unmet medical needs in rare and pediatric diseases that are often underserved by traditional pharmaceutical business models. The organization operates through specialized subsidiaries, including M4K Pharma (Medicines for Kids) and M4ND Pharma (Medicines for Neurodegeneration), which focus on indications such as diffuse intrinsic pontine glioma (DIPG) and Parkinson's disease.
