Headquartered in Clackamas, Oregon, the company acts as an intermediary between agricultural producers and food manufacturers, offering a wide range of products including edible oils, grains, seeds, specialty flours, and natural fertilizers. In June 2026, Agribusiness Holdings was acquired by Vireo Growth Inc. (formerly Vireo Health International), a leading vertically integrated cannabis company, to support Vireo's newly formed agribusiness division and enhance its supply chain and procurement strategy. Bridgewell continues to operate its commercial-scale food manufacturing, custom blending, and global sourcing operations under Vireo's ownership.
