Their lead compound, AIKO-150, completed two Phase 1 clinical trials demonstrating high potency in blocking opioid-induced gastrointestinal effects without interfering with analgesia. The company also worked on analogs such as naltrexol and naltrexamine. As of May 2025, the company is dissolved and its pipeline discontinued.
