Company intelligence / Profile preview
AIO II was a Netherlands-based healthcare holding company formed around retail pharmacy and pharmaceutical compounding assets. It owned the Medsen pharmacy chain and Ceban, a compounding business supplying personalized and individualized medicines to public and hospital pharmacies. Historically, the group operated community pharmacy locations in the Netherlands and also supported compounded sterile and non-sterile preparations and API repackaging through Ceban. The company was backed by financial sponsors including Bolster Investment Partners and later Bencis. In 2024, the operating business centered on Ceban was acquired by Medios, and AIO II no longer appears to operate as an independent standalone company.
