Alacer Corporation is a consumer healthcare company primarily recognized as the creator and manufacturer of Emergen-C, a leading brand of effervescent vitamin C supplements. Established in 1972, the company specialized in developing mineral ascorbates and nutritional products aimed at supporting immune function and metabolic energy. Alacer's flagship product, Emergen-C, became a staple in the dietary supplement market, offered in numerous flavors and specialized formulations.
