Overview
Aleta’s lead asset ALETA‑001 is in a Phase 1/2 trial for patients relapsed/refractory to CD19-targeting CAR T therapy. The company’s CTEs are designed to enhance the efficacy of existing CAR T therapies by increasing target antigen density and overcoming resistance. Early clinical data and preclinical results suggest potential to improve response rates in high unmet need populations such as relapsed B-cell malignancies and multiple myeloma. Clinical trials began in February 2024 and are ongoing; no published efficacy results yet.
