Company intelligence / Profile preview
Alexandra Health System (AHS) was a public healthcare cluster in Singapore that managed several medical institutions, most notably Khoo Teck Puat Hospital (KTPH) and Yishun Community Hospital. Founded to serve the healthcare needs of the northern region of Singapore, the organization focused on integrated care, geriatric medicine, and community health. In 2017, as part of a national reorganization of the public healthcare sector, Alexandra Health System was merged into the National University Health System (NUHS). While it no longer operates as an independent cluster, its facilities continue to conduct significant clinical research, often funded by the National Medical Research Council (NMRC) of Singapore.
