ALIVE, originally derived from Assuta Life Ventures, is an Israel-based mid-to-late-stage HealthTech investment firm rather than a therapeutic drug developer. The fund focuses on medtech, digital health, diagnostics, and bio-convergence companies, and differentiates itself through an ecosystem of strategic partners that includes hospital networks, HMOs, and financial institutions.
