Alladapt Immunotherapeutics

Alladapt’s lead candidate ADP101 has shown positive results in a randomized Phase I/II trial (“Harmony study”) for safety and efficacy in treating single and multiple food allergies. The Encore open-label extension study assessing long-term use is ongoing. ADP101 received FDA Fast Track Designation based on these results. A pivotal Phase III trial was set to begin in 2024 targeting children aged four to seventeen years old with mono or multi-food allergies.[2][5][6]

The Harmony study demonstrated dose-independent and clinically meaningful responses as a desensitization therapy for both single and multiple allergens.[6] Long-term safety data are being collected via the Encore extension.

Note that there are unconfirmed reports that the company may have ceased operations following discussions with the FDA; this has not been widely corroborated as of May 2025.[4]
