Allion Healthcare was a specialty pharmacy company that provided high-touch clinical services and medication management for patients with chronic illnesses, with a primary focus on HIV/AIDS. The company operated primarily through its MOMS Pharmacy brand, offering specialized support to help patients navigate complex treatment regimens and insurance requirements. In addition to HIV/AIDS, Allion provided services for patients with Hepatitis C and other specialized health needs. The company was publicly traded on the NASDAQ under the symbol ALLI until it was acquired by the private equity firm H.I.G. Capital in 2010.
