AllyAlign Health is a U.S. healthcare company focused on value-based care for senior living, skilled nursing, and other long-term care populations. The business built and operated Medicare Advantage Special Needs Plans, including institutional special needs plans for senior housing residents, and paired those plans with care management, care coordination, and on-site clinical services. In May 2022, AllyAlign Health merged with Elite Patient Care and Provider Health Services to form Curana Health, and AllyAlign now operates as the Medicare Advantage health plan business within Curana. The combined organization delivers on-site primary care, accountable care programs, and senior-focused insurance offerings designed to improve outcomes and lower avoidable utilization for frail older adults.
