Alpha-Omega Labs is an alternative medicine company best known for its controversial "Cansema" (Black Salve) products, which it markets as treatments for various forms of cancer. Founded by Greg Caton in 1990, the company has faced significant legal challenges from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for selling unapproved and misbranded drugs. Following a 2003 raid and the subsequent imprisonment of its founder, the company relocated its operations to Ecuador, where it continues to manufacture and distribute herbal supplements and topical treatments globally via the internet.
