Recent clinical trials have shown positive interim results across multiple cancer types. In pancreatic cancer trials, a 100% success rate was achieved in delivering Alpha DaRT sources with strong safety results. In a combination trial with pembrolizumab for HNSCC, a systemic objective response rate of 75% and complete response rate of 37.5% were observed, compared to historical benchmarks of 19% and 5% for pembrolizumab alone. Long-term safety and efficacy data from multiple trials showed an overall response rate of almost 100% in treated lesions and a complete response rate of 89%, with no moderate or severe long-term toxicities noted.
