Alya Space

Alya Space designs and deploys large-scale satellite constellations focused on high-resolution earth observation using hyperspectral imaging and synthetic aperture radar. The company’s flagship project involves launching 108 satellites ("Alya‑1 System") to provide near-real-time monitoring with applications in environmental monitoring, agriculture, oil & gas exploration, disaster response, and more. The first launches were scheduled for March 2024 from Jiu Quan, China. They have signed major contracts with Hong Kong Aerospace Technology Group (~$675 million) for manufacturing and deployment support. The company has also partnered with Vaya Space for launch services. Led by CEO Aila Raquel. Focused on Brazil and Europe as primary markets. Not involved in drug development or healthcare products.
