Tongli Pharmaceuticals (USA), Inc., formerly known as American Tony Pharmaceutical, Inc., was a pharmaceutical company focused on the development, production, and distribution of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and healthcare products in China. Operating through its subsidiaries, Harbin Tianmu Pharmaceuticals and Harbin Lvnong Plant, the company offered a range of products including mouthwashes, calcium supplements, and herbal treatments. The company became a U.S. public entity in 2008 through a reverse merger and traded under the symbol TGLP on the OTCBB. However, its SEC registration was revoked in January 2021 following years of delinquency in financial reporting, and it is currently considered inactive as a public company.
