Company intelligence / Profile preview
AMP3D was a U.S.-based digital health company focused on predictive analytics and clinical decision-support software for hospitals. Its core product, CoMET (Continuous Monitoring of Event Trajectories), used real-time physiologic monitoring data, vital signs, medical records, and laboratory results to identify impending adverse clinical events before conventional diagnosis. The company positioned its software as a SaaS platform to help clinicians intervene earlier, improve outcomes, and reduce length of stay and mortality. AMP3D was acquired by Nihon Kohden in August 2021 and later merged into Nihon Kohden Digital Health Solutions effective April 1, 2025, so it no longer appears to operate as an independent company.
