Ampleia is a Paris-based venture builder dedicated to accelerating the translation of rare disease research into new biotech companies and therapies. It provides seed funding, in-house project management specialized in translational medicine, coaching for founders/NewCo creation support (IP protection/business development/fundraising), and leverages an extensive network of medical/scientific experts. The organization has contributed to the creation of multiple biotechs—including Genosafe (CRO for gene/cell therapy) and Atamyo Therapeutics—and has supported 38 clinical trials across 28 indications with over €1.7 billion invested in R&D for rare diseases since its inception[1].
