Amplitude Surgical is a French orthopedic medical technology company focused on the design, development, manufacturing, and commercialization of lower-limb surgical technologies. The company markets implants, prostheses, instrumentation, computer-assisted surgery tools, and an orthopedic surgical robot for hip and knee arthroplasty and related procedures. Its products are developed in close collaboration with surgeons and manufactured under a vertically integrated model centered in Valence, France. Amplitude has built an international commercial footprint through direct subsidiaries and distributor networks across more than 30 countries. In 2025, the company was acquired by Zydus MedTech (France), part of Zydus Lifesciences, following a tender offer and squeeze-out.
