Amyxa Pharmaceuticals was a clinical-stage biotechnology company focused on the development of novel therapeutics and diagnostics for Helicobacter pylori infections. The company was founded by researchers from Brown University to address the global challenge of increasing antibiotic resistance in gastrointestinal pathogens.
