Anahit International

Anahit International is a Toronto-based private company founded in 2017 that operated in international cannabis and, later, psychedelic-related product development and supply. The company appears to have focused on low-cost cultivation and processing operations in regulated emerging markets, alongside intellectual property and product development tied to cannabis phytochemicals and psilocybin-related opportunities. Publicly available materials indicate that Anahit licensed University of Guelph patent rights related to biosynthesizing Cannflavin A and B for potential anti-inflammatory and pain applications. In 2020, Anahit transferred assets into subsidiary Anahit Therapeutics and completed transactions that resulted in control by Humanoid Global Holdings / New Wave-affiliated entities, after which it appears to have continued as an acquired operating subsidiary rather than an independent standalone biotech. Available evidence does not show any late-stage clinical pipeline or marketed therapeutics.
