Andarix’s lead candidate, Tozaride (Re188-P2045), has completed three clinical trials and is advancing into Phase 2. The therapy uses a proprietary peptide-targeted radionuclide approach for imaging and treating cancers expressing SSTR2. Early results show promise in targeting rare cancers with companion diagnostics to select patients most likely to benefit.[7][1] A current open-label Phase 1/2 trial evaluates single-dose Rhenium Re188 P2045 in lung cancer patients who have received or refused prior chemotherapy.[5] The company’s technology has been validated in both clinical studies and routine use in Europe.[1] No published pivotal efficacy data yet.
