Andi-Ventis is a pharmaceutical company and joint venture between Medochemie Ltd and Miat SpA, established in 2001 and headquartered in Limassol, Cyprus. The company specializes in the development, registration, and production of inhaled formulations for respiratory diseases, such as asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Andi-Ventis utilizes its proprietary Miat-Haler® multi-dose Dry Powder Inhaler (DPI) technology to deliver high-quality drugs, including corticosteroids and long-acting beta-agonists (LABAs). The company operates a dedicated GMP-compliant facility that includes development laboratories and fully automated filling and assembly lines. In addition to its own product portfolio, Andi-Ventis offers co-development services for specific DPI formulations to external partners.
