Androclus Therapeutics was a clinical-stage biotechnology company that specialized in developing antigen-specific immunotherapies for autoimmune and inflammatory disorders. The company's lead program, DnaJP1, was a peptide-based oral therapeutic designed to induce immune tolerance in patients with rheumatoid arthritis by targeting heat shock protein pathways.
